President Reagan and the Presidential party prepares the ranch for a party the following day.

The Jorgensons & Wilsons arrived about noon. A nice lunch then Earle, Bill & I went riding. The tent people were on hand setting up tent, tables & chairs for tomorrows party. After the ride & some afternoon tending to details including a phone call by me to Paul Weirich, a nice dinner, short evening & beddy bye. The P.W. call was to respond to his diatribe delivered through Ken D. Paul is one of the spokesmen for the real hard right. I think I defanged him somewhat. We are going to schedule regular meetings with members of his group.
