Quite a day—Briefing for about 30 local & middle level type labor leaders etc. many Dem. who want to help. Then I was entered in the Sportscasters Hall of Fame, named as 1 of 10 heros of high school students nationwide, took a photo for Business Week & for Glamour. Did a half of a day of commercials for the campaign & for our Cong. candidates etc. Interviewed by 20 editors of Knight Ridder & by Newsweek. And a pleasant dinner with the Wicks & Charles Price.
