A quiet day at home—until about 5:30—then a reception & receiving line for about 400 people down stairs—all supporters of the Ford Theatre. The cast of “Shiloh Hill” were also there. Upstairs for an early dinner & then on to Fords Theatre for the play. I enjoyed it. It was a most imaginative concept. Nancy presented Millie O’Neill an award for all her work in fundraising for the theatre.
