A quiet day—broadcast (radio) at 12:06 then at 1:15 down to the Rose Garden to congratulate the “Hoyas”—the Georgetown U. Basket Ball team—N.C.A.A. Champions. The 1st N.E. Team to do it in 30 yrs. Then an afternoon at my desk with some mail—dinner & a short evening in front of the T.V. set & so to bed.
