President Reagan travels to Camp David for the weekend.

Off to Camp David by a quite different Helicopter route. Our Libyan friends are thought to possess heat seeking missiles that can be hand launched. This of course after a short day (2 P.M.) in the office. Decided on some budget cuts and ruled against O.M.B. on some. Jerry Ford came by—I filled him in on the Quadaffi case. He’s being very helpful in his speeches on our ec. program.
