A grey day—chilly—but we stayed in. After watching the morning panel shows I read most of the day. The book was Lou Cannon’s “Reagan.” He didn’t try to ding me but his informants fed him a pot full of inaccuracies. All in all though his editorializing was friendly. Tomorrow, Chancellor Kohl.
