A day by the pool but also a call on the secure phone. We are sending A.W.A.C.S. & fighter escorts to Sudan. A.W.A.C.S. will keep tabs on Libyan planes in Chad. French asked for this presumably because they are going to give help to govt. of Chad. They’ve been pretty fuzzy on this even though they claim Chad as a former colony is in their sphere of interest.
