A hot & somewhat muggy day—not quite as muggy as Wash. & 10° less hot. Did my radio cast—then Nancy & I did a little exercising at the Marine & Sea Bees gym. Lunch—hit a few golf balls & then the pool & a swim. Evening I phoned Elizabeth Dole to say Happy Birthday. Dinner & a movie.
