Cancelled ride just in case I might have some sore spots but I didn’t & the day was beautiful. Spent most of it by the pool. Called Mrs. Arthur Burns re the death of her husband. Rcv’d. word that the 2 small polyps were benign. Sun. an early departure for W.H. because of the 5 P.M. “Performance at the W.H.” This one honors Cole Porter & some long time friends performed June Allyson, Patti Austin, Kay Ballard & Mel Torme.
Called Lew Wasserman—his colon surgery went well. Just Rcv’d. word Paul Nitzes wife died late Sat.
