A beautiful sunshine day & temp. got up to 80' and I'd canceled the horses. Lunched outside after doing radio cast on I.N.F. before lunch. Watched a 2 1/2 hour Russian movie recommended by N.S.C as a part of getting ready for Summit. Got a late afternoon call from Colin re Noriega. Kozak is meeting with him again Mon. There is a possibility of a deal & he needed my O.K. & got it of the possible terms.
