Canceled Camp D.—I did radiocast on Drugs (1st half ) & Central Am. (2nd). Spent most of day wood shedding on coming N.A.T.O. summit. Rcv’d. word Pres. of Panama has gone into hiding, his wife is in Presidential residence & his children are in our embassy. Noriega had ordered the Presidents arrest.
