President Reagan makes a radio address to the nation on the Federal budget.

Started as a Grey day but clouds broke up as day went on & later afternoon was fairly bright. Did radiocast on budget. Afterward—Nancy & I went to gym for a little set of exercises. Mid-afternoon took a little 10 min. walk. Movie was “Treasure of the Sierra Madre.” End of day.
