I’m rattling around again with no Mommie here. Spent day after Radio cast catching up on reading—editing speech for the Am. Legion etc. Had another Stag dinner—6 Sens & Reps Sen’s. Jim McClure, Al Simpson, & Howell Heflin, Reps. Henry Hyde, John Breaux & Jim Martin. We were a story telling bunch but also had a wide ranging talk on arms, foreign policy, abortion etc.
