Alice Burns
Chief of Staff

Alice James Burns is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at the Ronald Reagan Institute, the Washington, D.C. office of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation. With over 20 years of experience on Capitol Hill, Alice dedicated 15 years to Senator Lindsey Graham, where she orchestrated seven Munich Security Conferences and led Congressional Delegations to over 50 countries. Her career included significant roles with Senator Mel Martinez and Congressman Lynn Westmoreland, where she also served as a campaign manager. Most recently, Alice worked for former Senator Ben Sasse at the University of Florida, where she spearheaded Presidential Relations and Major Events, including the inauguration of President Ben Sasse. A passionate runner, she has completed 10 marathons, proudly qualifying for and running the Boston Marathon. Alice has five bonus kids and is married to a 27-year Navy Veteran. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, she graduated from the University of Alabama.
