Overview

We are pleased to invite you to our 2023 Reagan Leadership Summit: From Adversary to Ally. High school and college students have the opportunity to hear from speakers making change in their communities, learn new leadership tools and strategies, and expand their networks by meeting fellow students from across the country. RLS will kick off on the evening of Friday, February 3 with keynote remarks from LA Chargers Running Back, Austin Ekeler.

President Ronald Reagan worked across differences throughout his life and he embodied a leadership style that empowered others. From reaching across the aisle with rivals such as Speaker Tip O'Neill or Senator Ted Kennedy, or past the Iron Curtain to General Secretary Mikhail Gorbechev - President Reagan worked with unlikely partners to achieve shared goals. In his own circles, he recognized that great leaders inspire others to do great things. The 2023 Reagan Leadership Summit will reflect President Reagan’s commitment to leadership through collaboration and cultivation. The summit will focus on the importance of building coalitions with unlikely partners in order to create positive change.

The Reagan Leadership Summit is open to students of all levels in high school and college. Prior to the Saturday summit, students are invited to join our keynote dinner on Friday evening. Please contact the Education Department at education@reaganfoundation.org  for more information.
