Special events at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Grounds are available to corporate and non-profit organizations. Social engagements such as weddings, anniversaries and birthday parties are not permitted.

Our onsite catering department, staffed by some of the top talent in the industry, brings a passion for creating events featuring exceptional cuisine supported by end to end planning services certain to create a memorable experience for your guests. Our team draws on its experience at cultural destinations from around the world when curating menus and experiences that are designed to complement the backdrop and the historical significance of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. We can host events ranging from 10 to 3,500 guests.

Air Force One Luncheons & Tours
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Luncheon program includes two options for large groups to have an upscale lunch under the wings of Air Force One and an exceptional tour experience. Both programs include a docent-led tour of the Library and our amazing Air Force One Pavilion, and a self-guided tour our spectacular special exhibits, followed by a delightful lunch.
The Air Force One White House Luncheons
For groups of 40 people or more. This lunch comes complete with linen and china service, fresh flowers on the tables, and professional wait staff to attend to your group.

The Air Force One Barbecue Buffet
For groups of 30 people or more. This buffet includes catering staff to oversee and restock your lunch, complete with linen and china service, and a truly exceptional buffet experience.
